HR & Administration Manager
OdooTec is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Administration manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services. This role includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Office Location: Cairo, 5th settlement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the HR team in daily operations.
- Verify adherence to corporate policy and labor laws.
- bring a wealth of payroll prowess to the table, capable of orchestrating the entire payroll process each month and ensuring smooth salary management.
- Oversee the hiring procedure, which includes posting jobs, conducting interviews, and assisting new hires.
- Oversee employee interactions by addressing complaints and settling difficulties.
- Set performance management procedures into action, such as development plans and appraisals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personnel management, with a proven ability to manage and maintain employee documents. This includes ensuring all necessary paperwork for new hires is accurately archived within company records.
- Create and carry out HR initiatives and strategies that complement overarching company goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- +6 years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist duties.
- strong familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- leadership qualities along with the capacity to coach and guide team members.
- Software industry experience is preferable.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Deep experience in all aspects of HR.
