OdooTec is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabia (KSA) market and expertise in ERP solutions. The Sales Manager will be essential in advancing the growth of our ERP product offerings within the region, leveraging local market insights, and fostering key relationships with prospective and current clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to the KSA market with Odoo solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and engage with the clients to promote Odoo solutions tailored to their specific needs.
    • Assisting the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value deals or complex sales.
    • Establishing sales targets and objectives for the team, and monitoring progress toward these goals.
    • Analyzing market trends and sales data to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity.
    • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Making certain that all sales operations adhere to industry rules, business policies, and ethical standards.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in English.
    • Familiarity with Odoo.
    • the ability to relocate and work from Saudi.
    • Ability to negotiate deals and contracts effectively.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. 
    • Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage, inspire, and lead a sales team.
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and understanding sales strategies and techniques.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions that benefit the team and company.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are indispensable when engaging with clients and other departments.
    • Capacity to evaluate performance indicators, market trends, and sales data in order to make knowledgeable decisions and strategies.
    • +3 years of experience in sales in ERP especially in the Saudi market, including some in a managerial role, is typically required.
